Apart from a few bad moments I couldn't really fault the team

Back line solid apart from Burn, but he shouldn't have been playing there.

Not the greatest attacking wise, but solid pressing and defending. Fantastic performance.

    Ratings -

    Pope - 7

Trippier 8.5 - MOTM - Beast deliveries, unlucky not to get an assist. Great defending.

    Botman - 8

    Schar - 8

Burn - 3 - Shouldn't be playing LB in a game like this. This is a clanger from Howe.

Longstaff - 6.5 - Worked hard, dug in. Some good defending.

Bruno - 6.5 - Good defensively, hit and miss attacking wise.

    Joelinton - 7 - Good

Almiron - 8 - Thought he did so well off the ball

Wilson - 6 - Couldn't do much, but worked hard and pressed.

    Murphy - 7.5

Bruno and Longstaff both 7. Murphy and Wilson a 4. Agree on the rest.

Special 1/10 for Fraser, for looking like a kid who’d won a Pepsi Max competition to pretend to be a footballer for the day.

Not seen it but gonna watch the highlights.

    Good point.

Wonder why Howe is playing Burn over Taggart when Taggart is the much better left back.

Not changing a winning team after an injury.

Which is fine in a way but I also think a top TOP manager plays his best 11.

Howe is learning and he will get there. He’s earned the right. Maybe Taggart is slightly injured or not quite doing what Howe wants.

Next two games are big games. If we can scrape wins. We are in for a very good season.

I've just watched the highlights. Love that Saudi kit btw! Looks like we did well. It's been a brilliant turnaround for this side. Home or away we look to be a big test for any side in the league. Should of taken a few chances in the 1st half while we were on top. Were always going to have to hang in there towards the end of the game at 0-0 at old trafford.
