I have to say and I am being honest here. I work with lecturers. I currently head a finance team in a college. The lecturers work extremely hard. They get a lot of holidays yes and a good pension. But the work they do and what they do over and above is quite admirable. So my take is. They work hard. But they also don’t appreciate how good they get it with holidays and pension.
