Brilliant point. Points like that are so valuable come the end of the season. Showing a bit of steel to see games out. Albeit with a bit of luck.
Not bad, dominated first half but survived some scars in the second. As this is a resurgent team who beat Liverpool and Arsenal at home recently, I'll take that. Good to see it wasn't us missing the golden chance at the end for once.
Considering the absolute ****ing clart at his disposal, to have lost only one in ten is ridiculously good from the manager. Good point in a poor match. Draw seems fair, even if we should've been 2-0 up with Joelinton's header and the non-penalty. Quite disappointing that Man U played Thursday, yet we're the ones pulling up with constant cramps and blowing out of our arse with 15 to go. That left wing is such a massive issue. Murphy is bad enough but somehow Fraser is miles worse still. Wilson's been piss poor most of the season too, think his time's reaching a natural end. Sooner we can get Isak into this team, and ASM, the better.
I said before the game I thought we'd lose 1-0/2-1 to a last minute winner, and I thought that was it. Thank christ.
Old Trafford, enough said. I thought it was a good point and feel we are going the right way, for years places like old Trafford, Anfield etc was just written off and usually got a hiding but not anymore, Everton Wednesday and Spurs next week, 2 more tough tests.
Hope Bruno's ankle is ok. I think Pope got away with leaving the goal empty, but fair play to him, he kept a clean sheet.
Yes, last season is the thing to compare to - like our performances against Liverpool and City compare to the ****e we produced in the corresponding fixtures last season. Last season we turned up unfit and gave Ronaldo the perfect welcome home and they hammered us. Totally different story this time.
