Just sack all of the current officials and bring in new ones.
They're just deliberately not doing their jobs on VAR at the moment.
I remember in the Graham days we used to call them Lucky Arsenal, well that returned today.

Apparently that is not violent conduct. If the ball is nowhere near you and you stick both feet into a opponent, that is violent conduct!
