Trouble is, she's already done the damage. Lots of people already at risk of losing their homes. Fortunately, I'm in a fixed term until April 2024 but if things don't improve I'll be screwed
It was a tough choice for traditional Tories though, a man with an ethnic background - or a woman. Their heads probably exploded.
It's amazing that a few gammon could decide thst the non white candidate was so unpalatable that Truss was on. They managed to put in a woman who the Queen took one look at and promptly dropped dead. This same lunatic was only held back of 11 days of mourning but as soon as that trivialrit was done she got down to work destroying the British economy for generations and it only took her a wet week to do so. I mean when you think about it...... the republican lib dem idealist seems to have managed to drive a null into the monarchy and the tory ideologies in short order. The perfect manchuria candidate?
I think the thing was that Truss wanted to be Thatcher mkII, and that probably appealed to the Tory rank and file. Thatcher was an evil witch, but she was a smart evil witch - whereas my toe-jam is smarter than Liz Truss.
I zee Truss has apologised for something or other. It seems the lady IS for turning. "What a plonker." .. Del boy trotter. I mean how deluded is she to say she's leading the spivs to the next ge? Maybe she knows the election is in 6 weeks time?
