Looks like Pearson don't want you either http://www.thisishullandeastriding....says-Pearson/story-13745098-detail/story.html
hahaha - typical NP. Short shrift to the journo with no substance in what he says. I do miss his whispering interviews. Used to jack the volume up by 10 so I could hear what he mumbled
I hate rumours. Twitter has made an LCFC manager job hunt 100 times more frustrating than I remembered pre-Twitter...
When have the Daily Mirror even been wrong They was bang on in the morning that Lee Clark is our new manager Daily Mirror 100% bollocks
These is exactly my thoughts Proud. EDIT: I see this thread as developed and now it's definitely not Clark! Well as long as it's not Keane or Davies this is good news in my opinion.
Wouldn't be disappointed if we got Clark; not upset we haven't got him. Would have been a risk no doubt but one that could have quite plausibly gone either way. Apparently there was never any interest in him so maybe it was just the fact that Clark refused to play down the initial interest and the media just ran with it. Of the candidates left (realistically) I would be happy with any of the following three: Hughes Jones Davies Obviously Pearson and MON would be up there as well but I doubt we'll be able to persuade them.
Not Clark, he has ruled himself out Did anyone hear the bootroom tonight? What do you make of Stringer call to MON?
Stringer called MON mobile, he ask if he would be able to comment on the available job. MON said no comment on the record and no comment off it? Why does he not just rule himself out? If he doesn't want it surely he would have said not interested? What about rumours I heared that MON has backed Keane? Would MON then come in as director?
No way can I see O'Neill doing that. He likes to have full control. O'Neill refusing to rule himself out means he hasn't made his mind up yet. Which means there's still a chance...
