Arteta: what happens on pitch says on pitch. Oliver told both managers something. again clearly visible on camera for lip readers I cannot imagine arteta would say that if he knew there was a case of the obvious. It'd be shocker if he has.
I'm seeing gallagher is on the fence. he's comparing the Newcastle one to it. As i said before i was suriprsed it wasn't "looked at by the ref" but that has been largely but not 100% a signal that you really should change your mind mate. I think var official are very reticent to ask a ref to have a look himself as... what's the point of them then?

Got to say that Jesus faking being unconscious was really quite sinister. I remember thinking, whatever the outcome of the game, you'd give it up to not see a player hurt so badly, especially a bad head injury. I was waiting to see the stretcher coming on and thinking it was taking far too long. His complete stillness was shocking. The camera even moved over to the bench and didn't focus back on the pitch for several minutes. I think the player should be ashamed of himself. Why on earth was he lying there completely motionless. It actually caused me a lot of stress. People witnessing things like this are offered counselling. The Eriksen incident being an example. Not that people watching it on tv would need counselling but it is a highly emotive thing to see unexpectedly. Understandably the ref can't judge it in real time and extra care has to be taken with suspected head injuries, rightly so. Simulation is a bookable offence and if not done on the spot, it should be introduced that any player who fakes a head injury will face retrospective action. Faking concussions should be a retrospective red.
Oh, I have. I told you all we'd lose yesterday and I was right, but randoms have been saying it will be fixed and sorted. Can't see it this season and can't see us getting top four, either
you always think we will lose we have had 5 years of top football even if we haven't won as much as the performances "deserved" if it now drains away and we have to start again so be it after all that is the life of a fan .
We Were going to need him for the next few CL games - now we're ****ed. Can't even see us beating Rangers atm, tbh.
