Two British players in the Omonia team - former Oxford winger Brandon Barker and Wales right-back Adam Matthews. That's actually more than United, who just have Jadon Sancho in their XI. Omonia 1-0 Man Utd
BBC Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has rejected the claim that Liverpool's poor form is down to his management style creating a seven-year cycle. Saturday marked the seven-year anniversary of the German's appointment as successor to Brendan Rodgers. At Klopp's two previous jobs with Mainz and Borussia Dortmund he failed to make it to an eighth season. "The situation was really different. A seven-year spell was not planned or because I lost energy," Klopp said. "I was a manager at Mainz and, after three years, we got promoted to the Bundesliga then three years later we got relegated. "We tried one more year and the club needed a change, players left us for the Bundesliga so they needed a fresh start."
I see Honeyman has only been on the bench the last 2 games for Millwall and was subbed off in the game before that.

Yet more 'good' PR for the Met, fear not though their new Commissoner is going to solve all their problems and root out the bad apples. Oddly enough they've all said that for decades.
They were asking the Stop Oil lot sat obstructing the highway how long they were thinking of stopping and whether they needed anything. Any football fans doing similar would be charged by police on horseback flailing batons about.
A plane carrying the Leeds United football squad and staff was met by emergency vehicles as it landed at Leeds Bradford Airport after reports of smoke in the cockpit. The team had returned to the city from London following a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon. A club contact told BBC Radio Leeds there had been "the smell of burning rubber" on board. The plane landed safely at the airport at about 19:30 BST. Those who were on board were "all fine" and disembarked before the aircraft reached the terminal, they added. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) said it received a call at about 19:40 BST from air traffic control "reporting smoke in the cockpit of an aircraft". "There was no fire, however all people were safely evacuated using quick disembarkation," the fire service said. Initially, a total of 50 firefighters from stations across West Yorkshire had been sent to the scene "due to the nature of the incident". However, they were turned around after airport-based fire crews dealt with the situation, WYFRS added. BBC
What about al those sad inadequates who are Reds? And I don’t mean Rovers fans. A few years ago we had someone appointed fans liaison officer who used to organise buses to Old Trafford.
