No, it really isn't. Rashford scored a decent goal for us today and despite several replays and slomo the commentators on the stream i was watching just couldn't spot it, neither could I.

No doubt it hit his hand and according to the current rules the goal should be chalked off. Yet a few hours earlier Antonio’s hand ball was even more obvious and he controlled the ball with his hand, yet PGMOL verdict was correct decision because it was a different phase to the scoring phase.
