Just a question out there to my fellow "Not606ers"
Do you still have faith in Waddock?
I was just wondering, bearing in mind that Taylor lost his job after a pre-season that was mostly in chaos. Should Waddock be given more time?
If we lose at Notts Co and then trip up to Fleetwood in the FA Cup, how sympathetic are you Wanderers fans going to be?
I've noticed some discontent about squad selection on the message boards recently along with a few seemingly strange falling outs / bouts of illness from key players, all does not necessarily seem rosy in the camp.
On top of that we have dwindling support and players who we have reportedly spent over 100k on going out on loan. Then these are replaced by loan signings with no credible goal scoring record or proven success in League 1.

I expect to hear much of the "he needs more time etc", but it is sometimes a proven fact that a new manager with the same bunch of players can equal a change in fortunes.
Not really sure where i stand on this at the moment. I think I am willing to give him more time, but either he is not getting the best out of our players or the squad is inadequate for League 1.
    What's your thoughts?

The question is who would be willing to take the job? Can we get someone in that would do a better job . There will come a time when a change will happen if results don't improve.

Mr o'neil turned down leicester recently ........ Doubtful but you never know

I would stick with him, I can't be doing with a change around every 2 years and getting rid of all the players and getting in a new set of players. Even if we go down this season I still feel we are making progress. Most of our players (age wise) should be around for at least 5 years, Winfield, McCoy, Lewis, Donnelly, Harris, Bevon and Ibe are still young. We will lose the best but get some more youngsters. Unless MoN comes calling then stick with him and support him.

I would suggest at least give him till January. I have aired my discontents as to his ability to sign players but aside from loanees (budget permitting) we cannot sign anyone till then anyway. Plus I think a manager should be given more than 16 league games in a season (unless you are cast adrift at the bottom, which we are not!) before the axe should fall!

If we are still in contention to stay up in January I would think it better to keep him in until the end of the season at least as staying up is ultimately our aim for this season.

Would be a bit of a fairy tale with MON but footballs a funny game.

I can't think of anyone else I would rather have in. My concern with waddock is the range of his signing. Aldershot (some not up to the job in this league) and Qpr. But at least he is giving youth a chance.

Who knows if ibe and Harris go to prem clubs in jan we might be able to get a couple of top loanees as part of the deal .

    I'd sack him..

There can't be any enjoyment playing in a higher league & losing all the time. He & his team have been found out.

Martin O'Neil said before when asked if he would ever come back to Wycombe that he wouldn't whilst Steve Hayes was still the owner.

Rocky, it's a (fairly) local saying, roughly translates to 'How you doing mate'?
