No idea what the rules are these days. If you have your back turned and your arm up and it hits it, it’s a pen. If you’re facing the ball, stick your arm up to block a cross it’s not given. Is distance still a thing?
That break by Diaz showed up where we’re lacking. Salah gets the crossball but had nowhere to go and even though Trent has been getting criticism we should have been passing to allow Trent to overlap on the right to cross. Was Nunéz offside when he asked Diaz to pass it to him?

I think he held his run, but diaz didn’t release esrly enough. When he then went to play it, Nunez was miles off. Should have rolled it to him first thing tbh. Was poor from diaz. Even the pass, looked nice, but was slow and loopy and behjnd Salah so had to stop and allow everyone else to get back.
There ball from Diaz to Salah is what killed it. Ball wad in the air a long time and gave Arsenal time to get back
Got bit lucky with the missconttol by defender but diaz and Nunez both there to put pressure on and running behind. Once diaz was in Nunez has the pace to get ahead and stay ahead of his man
