Tricky tie on a small pitch, I'm going a nervy 1-2 town but if we take the lead within 15 mins....i can also see it being 4 or 5 nil.

If reports are to be believed, most of the Morcambe team are going to be missing!

    difficult 1 nil win.

    Gotta be another win, 1-3.

We have 7 games in 22 days, tough spell with everyone out to bore us, maul us or put up massive defensive wall.

We will need our full fit squad.

Potential banana skin this one. I just hope we’re not going to be too complacent. Nervy 1-0 win.

Ed Sheeran gives an impromptu gig at Ipswich Town hall, and gives his guitar to 10 yr old Arthur!

7-0 Town. 3-0 half time, playing with freedom, subs come on at 60 mins and destroy ‘em.

Good idea bringing Edwards in, needs to be match fit in case Burns gets called up for the world cup.
Keogh in, another good idea, ideal game to rest Wolfy and have a good look at Keogh! Not sure about Jackass up top in this game, they will sit back, not much room in behind, which is jackass's game.
All in all tho, quite happy with the team selection

Agreed Spanish, we have 7 games coming up and need to rest a few players. Keogh could add a strong, wise, tough old head to back 3. Edwards deserves a start, and if we get an early goal, the floodgates might open.

McKenna's pre-match interview gave us some real insights into the level of preparation that goes into training, especially for away matches. If the away pitch is narrow, like Morecambe, then they will replicate that size of pitch at Playford Road. If they think it will be a dry pitch, they water our training pitch less. Even going so far as to replicating the grass length. This is an amazing eye for detail to prepare the team for the match.

    Absolutely brilliant!

Hope the referee is keeping a mental count of all of the tough challenges being made by the Morecambe players. At this rate it looks like Morecambe will be lucky to end the game with 11 men on the pitch.

Too many aimless punts up, need to get back to or own style, and quick.
