They normally do the End stage, they love a good background. What I've seen on YouTube, they had a tour in 2019, Norway and Ireland stages was massive. Granted it was outside, but very dramatic. Peter Gabriel loves a centre stage like.
Best stage I've seen was Springsteen at the Sol, no effects, no flashy colours, just a back curtain, black stage, runway for the Boss to walk down into the crowd and musicians playing Instruments.
Vid on YouTube of him singing Solsbury Hill, on a bike going one way while the rest of the bang were getting spun the otherway. Never seen him live. Probably get pelters for this but have you seen Harry Styles singing Sledgehammer on the Howard Stern show? very good.
Yep, no support act, just walked onstage around 7.00pm, no big intro, no fanfare...just straight out. Played till around 10.00pm.....3 hours of sheer class. It was bloody freezing mind.
Springsteen is my favourite, seen him few time, unreal in his 70s & wack 3 hours off the pelt....not many can do that or have the hits to do it
Just watched it. Not as good as PG's obviously but impressed he has covered it. Must like the song methinks otherwise why do it.
