Cols line up actually looks like a decent side, it's only when you compare it to Citys that you start to think OMG and damage limitation kicks in. If and its a HUGE IF, we play like the 1st half v chelsea and 2nd half at spurs then we might have a chancce of getting something from them, they have to drop points somewhere and that might as well start at LR afterall they dropped 2 points at fulham after being 2 up. I'm going to tell Adel he can play where he likes and give him £5,000 a week more. I will tell Barton that if he over-steps the mark by giving Adel too much criticism, thus undermining his confidence, I will fine him £5,000 for each transgression, thus balancing the books! I can't do anything about the CB situation until the January transfer window I'm afraid. I will ban all players from face-book and twitter! I will get us scoring more goals by getting Adel to play with confidence and getting Mackie and SWP to get nearer HH when he wins the headers etc. I'll also get those two to get into the box more. Job's a goodun!!

Only 2 ways to get a result against City....clog 'em (not really a good idea) or take the fight to them. It'll all be a bit Keeganesque 'we'll score more than you' but if we attack down both wings and chop 'em up in the middle of the park we would at least go down fighting. Sitting back and playing for a point will see us obliterated
If City have a weekness then its their CBs. Those radios are dodgy and Mancini is barely understandable when he says "10:4 over and out." Seriously, Kompany (is he suspended?) and Lescott are SLIGHTLY worse than the rest. Abandon football in our half and launch it forward to the front man/men and get our more agile attacking players to buzz about and start the football from there. We need to really cram the midfield and leave no space and hope they don't play through us. I still think we'll get tonked but would like to get a goal or two to show we were competing.
