An ambitious and quite eccentric owner has advantages but I would advise him to turn down the offer from Forest Green. With such a small fan base I fear they will end up playing Yeovil and Torquay in a relatively short time.

I've been down the Gate this season so haven't heard Tins on Robins TV this season. I've watched in the past and thought he was excellent, it's the idiot commentator that does my head in.
We’ve booked an Airbnb in Weymouth for a week next June. I can’t wait. Enjoy mate!! We will be in a house on the hill up towards the fortress overlooking the harbour. There’s a pub up there just artthe corner with great view which will be our local during our stay!!
I had many nice memories in that pub (in my teens) On hols, loving up a good looking Finnish girl with hits blasting from the Jukebox such as "You to me are everything" by The Real Thing.....awwww those were the days!!
R&W 1For We stay the other side overlooking the harbour, just watching 7 boats packed with expectant fishermen heading out for their day's fishing. The harbour has been pedestrianised since Covid and all the bars/restaurants have extended outside providing eating and drinking areas. Looked very swish this summer. Me and Mrs RP met down here in 68, the last summer I drove my Lambretta and A Whiter Shade Of Pale seemed to playing everywhere. For us - those really were the days.
Could have done with Tinman on the pitch last night-pinging some proper crosses in-Desilva cannot cross to a man for toffee.
For me it was a mix; some crosses were shocking, but some were good; we just didn't have 2 players in the box to make use of them. Wells is too small for that role, and Semeyo played as a left winger it seemed last night. As someone else said, if we put in so many crosses (I read that NP said 40 crosses last night), WTF wasn't Martin brought on and given 30 mins to see if he could take advantage..... Poor tactics and game management last night from NP.
