Off Topic Chris Wilder sacked

I was told he was about to be first to be sacked and put a lump on it ...

... that was about 3 sacked managers ago

 

Leicester are skint and Rodgers would get a massive pay out if sacked.

 

Wilder's stock has dropped dramatically. 90% of Sunderland fans would have taken him after Lee Johnson if we thought it was realistic.

I suspect plenty would have still liked him after Alex Neil.

 

Fair enough mate, can always remember him being ****e. Probably because that was a purple patch and he was sacked before being there 2 years.

Wilder had his, Monk had his, Pulis had his etc.

Then they're sacked and they just hang around like bad smells.

 

They can't afford to go down though ...

Think you're right there. That would be 1 from 8. In trouble all season with a start like that.

 

Stoke fans on their forum talking about wishing they'd waited until Wilder was available instead of appointing Neil. The grumbles have started

Bit harsh on Rodgers lads, I think anyway. Very good manager in my opinion and has a good record I think. Has he ever failed? Rough start to this season, but there are behind the scenes challenges at the club that arent helping. He has a great record on signing players too.

 

I'm probably just biased ... can't abide the bloke.

 

I wouldnt go for a beer with him mind.

 

He's the kind who'd pretend to take an urgent call and have to leave ...

... just as it was coming up for his round.

 

No doubt. I dont like listening to him in interviews at all. Always sounds like he thinks he shouldnt have to explain anything to anyone.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if they approach.
