Cooper doesn't deserve to get the push yet. But I think their owner has very high - and arguably entirely unrealistic - expectations. It sounds like a lot of Forest fans are worried that he'll pull the trigger on Cooper.

Seeing as we don’t have a goal scorer we need a defensively minded manager. Not what I really want to see but if the board aren’t prepared to buy goals then it’s our only way not to lose every week.
Originally put in wrong thread. I am in the “if he goes then so be it” camp. I keep on saying the same things about him. His pressing style made a group of average individual players look like a good team. I think he now has some better individual players but he has abandoned the style that gives players a little bit extra and that made us competitive. It’s his giving up on his way of playing that I don’t get. If he can’t get the new players to adapt to his style then I think it is clear that the wrong players were recruited. All I want is to watch a game and then be able to say, afterwards, win or lose that “I enjoyed that” more often than I say “that was crap”.
