The point I keep making is about depth of defense. If the plan is trent goes off and does whatever then the system has to provide cover for thst and it simply doesn't. Our defence is as wobbly as it has been since the start of the season. Absolutely no improvement at all. I think we will find it difficult getting wins if the other teams have the courage to attack us. Trent is really regressing. And he hasn’t done anything to convince Southgate that he deserves to be in the England squad. At least one of the goals was directly linked to one of his mistakes.
No way. Those are both from close in amd hammered at goal. Neither were "right at him" Unless it happens to be right at a keeper. (Like sanchez got very lucky off salah) then those are not getting saved
