Awful opening by us and trust our luck that the rapist scored a belter. Slightly improved in the last 15-20 of the half but still nowhere near our capability… again. General passing throughout the team has been poor, Lloris’ kicks keep going to them, Romero’s misplaced some, front three have wasted passes too and Perisic should’ve done better when he ran in from the left. Emerson though is just awful as our right sided outlet, don’t even think our players are anticipating to do anything when he gets the ball which makes matters worse. Really don’t know what Conte’s seeing in him, I feel like we’re playing with 10 at times, especially from a forward perspective.
Completely disagree, we played exactly as we wanted to and were very close to breaking through far more than Arsenal. Rope a Dope is the name of our game.
