Nah, if you blast the heating on full pelt now until February you will pay more than 2500. Its something to do with the average price and usage. People still need to be very careful what they are using or they will be charged over 2500.
Yeah it's the unit price that is capped. The sum they quote is the average, your actual bill will depend on your usage
I've had that text and many others like so called parcels etc. It's gone through the roof since covid . There's another scam about where the call says it's your own number ringing you. Don't answer it. Any scam calls you do answer, they usually sell your number on and you get tenfold.
