Look, this is Hull City, we'll win comfortably, everybody'll breathe a sigh of relief, then we'll have a bad October and back to square 1. It's what we do.

Shota should have two games to return 4 points or gone. I think he should be getting better results from these players. The lack of a pressing game is killing us.

agree, is Lee Darnborough still at the club & behind these 16 signings ? Looks to me as if Acun has brought most of these players in & the balance is not right. Shota is then meant to mould them into a promotion winning team. Will never happen, City need a much stronger & more experienced manager to do that

If Luton were without a win in 10, couldn't score a goal, conceded for fun then I'd be inclined to go for an away banker.
As they're 11th and 2 points better off than us, I'd say a draw, or possibly City to edge it 2-1.

Thinking about the team for Friday, it's really hard to predict what we'll go with for this one. In almost every position there are difficult decisions because of form, availability, international exertions and so on.

I think the game being so soon after the international fixtures will give Luton a real advantage. (I'm assuming Luton don't have many internationals).

Be lucky to top 15,000 for this one. Personally, I think that would be a decent attendance for a televised Friday night game. Not so sure Acun and Co will see it like that.

The anticipated wind and rain will take a few thousand off. 12,543 if they're lucky.

Was going to take my son & granddaughter, who are coming over from Manchester, but the shutting of Walton Street car park has scuppered that. Won't be in attendance so we'll probably win.

How do people get on elsewhere when they can’t park next to the stadium?

Maybe why we didn’t sell our allocation at Wembley?

I find it mental that some people won't go to a game because they can't park immediately outside, but for me it's a reflection of the lazy transport habits of a sizable portion of our society rather than an excuse to have yet another cheap dig at our own crowds during a miserable previous era.
