I don't know why Eddie is getting all in a lather, he's a Tim and therefore Ireland is his national team.

 

My opinion has never chamnged.

He's got a lot of good qualities, he's quick, he reads the game well, he can defend... but, he'll never be a top player unless he stops making rash decisions.

The Yarmalenko chance was a direct consequence of his rash decision-making, he tried to nip in front of their forward to win the ball, he didn't win the ball and Ukraine were in behind, the defence had to reshuffle and this left Yarmalenko free for a tap in at the back post and he ballooned it over.

That goes in, and we are cutting to the studio and McFadden and Miller will be criticizing him for that decision, but Yarmalenko fluffed his line and you've managed to get out your bed at a decent time for once, to come on here and shout "look at me guise, I finally got one right!!!
