Get well soon - Arry. You may manage those upstarts down the road - but you are a lot of fun. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15549314.stm
Having stents fitted is as perilous as a trip to the dentist for a new crown. Why the overt sympathy when it is undue? Especially on the Arsenal board - it doesn't belong here!
I agree that the procedure is simple and not even close to being life threatening, that said I don't wish ill on anyone and as the OP says 'Arry for me is one of a dying breed of entertaining manager, open and honest (in dealings with the media, less so in his dealings with transfers and the taxman).
I don't wish him ill either, but are we now to see a flood of topics wishing X & Y well when we hear they are going for a pedicure?
I like Harry Redknapp, Spurs manager or not, he is one of my favourite characters in the game. I couldn't care less how minor the surgery is, heart surgery is heart surgery and I hope he has no complications. Hospitals are scary places ... MRSA anyone ??
Was shocked when I first heard this but looks like it all went well so thats good. Get well soon Arry.
Arry has been advised to avoid the Spuds for maybe 4 weeks. Most of us have been trying to avoid the Spuds all of our lives....
