Great instinct from Jewi there. Poor defending for sure, but he anticipated the ball and made the clever movement off the full back like any good striker would.
He will take some watching by defenders. I've only seen him score two goals and both of them came from him attacking the same space, back post just off their back man.
Could turn out to be a right little diamond this lad. A couple in the World Cup and who knows what the future holds for him.
Second goal was superb from the lad. The second they win the ball he's alert. Drags a defender away, makes a run, checks but always keeping onside. On top of the keeper but not enough to give away a free kick and is right there when the ball drops. It's so easy to have goals ruled out, these days, and he seems really savvy.
I'm not expecting anything from him in the world cup as their group is Spain, Germany and Japan. If he does anything though under that spotlight, everyone will be watching him.
