As if… The Queen dying has absolved Boris, evaporated the cost of living crisis, given Liz Truss the longest ever honeymoon as PM, given Elgar a massive posthumous career boost, revived late 18th century culture and had Norris McWhirter in a spin processing the number of entries for longest right wing British orgasm. The news pre death was about the increasing cost of living and about how many would manage to cope. The Queen’s death has apparently made this a complete irrelevance. Never in the field of human suffering has the inevitable death of a 96 year old caused so much misery to so many because of so few (one to be precise).
Oh FFS! Moved to Sky Witness and now suffering 3 minutes silence 4x an hour! Actually missing the Elgar backing track now!
“The biggest regret of my whole football career was leaving White Hart Lane in 1970.....my interest in football weakened after that. I was heartbroken” -- Jimmy Greaves
I can't see a phone or any sign of a headset. Am I missing it? Looks to me like he's been on the Govedust, going by a few clips I've seen. Wouldn't surprise me in the least, either.
