There is not room for seri in this team at the moment It's all well and good he created a chance or two Modern midfielders have to work just as hard as 'defensive' midfielders Otherwise theres a huge gap out of posseseion
He may well "sign them off" but maybe he knew it was pointless to say no as they where already at the club with deals agreed
Fig is a big head scratcher for me, he is a much better CB then he's showing ATM. Hopefully it's just a big slump in form and some time out will do him the world of good.
I always thought you had info as you had a friend on the inside , now the regime has changed how have you still got inside Info? Are you just fast at making new friends?
Yeah I guess so, just genuinely curious . As I thought all the people key in these types of decision would be the ones who did change, that’s all … thought we might need a new line up of ITK ..
He wasn’t rated at Forest particularly until Cooper came in. It’s a funny one all round really. Don’t think he’s an upgrade on what we had last season though
He's obviously a player that needs the right man manager around him and I don't think shota is that person. I don't get the impression he's an inspirational leader
There has obviously been many changes but i suspect many are still there working under the new regime, it's nice though that some can give us little bits here and there keeps the spirits up.
Acun had a dream To retro-fit a football team He got Mark Hateley and sent word to Dol-an. With Trevitt at the back And Andy Brown in attack We are Hull City The 90s are back.
Something Ive always felt in the championship is that if you start with more energy than the opponent and you are winning the 2nd ball, regardless of talent you have a good chance of picking up points. Clearly the energy is a problem in this team and wether that is fitness, instruction or laziness I don't know and whoever is manager has to figure this out. With regards to the second ball, yes a ball winner would help, energy helps with this too but I have noticed that we are constantly out numbered in important areas of the pitch and loose the battle for the 2nd ball and this has more to do with positioning. If players are in the correct place to pick up the loose balls then there does not need to be a physical battle for the ball, and in this league, one to one duals often result in a loose ball anyway so picking this up tends to be far more important than the actual physical battle itself.
Just did a quick Google of Corberán to see how he likes his teams to play. Possession-based and defensively solid, apparently. If we could get him, I think he could do a decent job here. Did a great job at Huddersfield.
Not pointless at all. We are stuck with these players or bust. Who says they will lift a finger for the next guy. Totally disagree with you there
