Aye I posted that the other day. It's all a continuation of various Governors of border states transferring migrants to sanctuary and other Cities that claim to support the migrants, so are given the opportunity to actually take some of them. They sanctuary places are feeling a little upset with the initiative giving them the opportunity to practice what they preach, and accept the bill and consequences for it too.
