We have looked more dangerous without Simms , funny old game is football Embo has been superb as has Roberts

 

Totally convinced the Reading defence were bewildered that we had no striker and were all over. 2 great finishes tho.

I know I’m stating the obvious on hindsight now but it really does feel like having no strikers might make players like Roberts and Clarke turn it on even more. They both seem like lads who thrive on the underdog pressure

He looks exactly the player I thought we were getting when we signed him, big strong and powerful. I think that Wednesday game clouded our judgement on him, but the whole team were awful that night.

 

Very happy mate. Just surprised at how **** they have been given points accumulated.

 

This shows to me how important we as fans will be to keep their confidence up when things are tough.

Well what a strange half, is this a injury jinx season though get Borini in and a couple more i say, no team in this division is brilliant though and i hope we get a 3rd and win.

 

I wasn't sure about him having seen very little of him so with Cirkin being out it's a relief to see him looking like a quality player. West Ham fans seemed to rate him. Another good find by the recruitment team by the looks of it.

I have to admit I would've brought Diallo on to give the option of hitting it over the top and for him to try and run onto it. But that's why I'm at home supping beer and Mowbray is in the dugout!
