Saw a post somewhere on here about the lady from an American University celebrating and spouting vitriol. She doesn’t realise that she is a colonial herself in a country belonging to the collective Native American tribes. Again protest in a strong educated way choosing wisely the appropriate times. She does nothing to advance her argument. I also believe that her heritage is Nigerian. Alongside European countries, Nigerians where some of main slave traders, capturing people from various countries within the continent and selling them to European slave traders. We have periods in our history to be ashamed of but also a lot to be proud of including the stopping of slavery and the role the Royal Navy played in this.
I believe he campaigns about stopping racism, have heard him many times on this on TalkSport. Did not know about his own conviction on this though, so practise what you preach.
wouldn't be surprised if he took Andrews shilling cos he looks willing, probably why he has cheese scraping teeth
To put it as bluntly as possible she is a typical gobshyte playing the usual one card trick which is the only one they ever play
I read that as well she should be fired as well as being ashamed of herself we probably won’t hear anymore about it , but if the University continues to employ her it just goes to prove the low standard in some universities
Just been watching the Royal procession at Edinburgh. Funny old question, but someone may know the real answer. Where did Prince Edward get his medals, and his uniform? As i recall he was only in the Royal Marines for about a fortnight.
Prince Edward wore the following medals from left-right: 1) Silver Jubilee Medal 2) Gold Jubilee Medal 3) Diamond Jubilee Medal 4) Platinum Jubilee Medal 5) Canadian Forces Decoration due to being Colonel in Chief of a number of Canadian Regiments So they aren't campaign medals, they are just honorary medals awarded by the Queen. If you notice Princess Anne wore even more medals than Edward, and I don't think she has ever been in the military, although she does hold a number of military appointments such as Commander in Chief of Royal Australian Corps of Signals
Thanks, Askey, answers my question. My late son-in-law was an Australian signaler. He said that whenever she came to Oz she always found time to visit the Corps HQ and, basically, say 'Hello'.
