VAR is **** in England, but ****ing hell.... They don't highlight it here but the disallowed goal at the end was well onside. They somehow failed to spot the bloke over by the corner taker playing everyone on. please log in to view this image
To be fair to Salernitana, it's not like he's going to get any slower, is it? Cuadrado was the other player sent off in that ****show, plus Milik for doing a Richarlison. Bremer scored from a Kostic cross, if you want to go with links from the last window.
Edited to add: And again: Brighton v Palace had already gone and now Chelsea v Liverpool and Man Utd v Leeds have, too.
Could they not have reinstated Brighton v Palace as the strike is off? And don't tell me there isn't enough time, games get arranged in shorter time than 5 days.
This is NOT the season to be tempting fixture pile-ups. Any clubs that can play games over the next few days should be doing their utmost to do so.
I'd assume it's because it's on the Sunday and it'll require a large police presence. Your lot do sing, "And we all hate ****ing Leeds", for a reason, after all. So do a lot of other teams, admittedly!
You never know when they might need to baton-charge some striking workers. They need a few Yorkshire Police spare.
