Saturday last Rangers went to Sheep country and returned with 3 points. On the face of it a very fine performance. But was it ? Well as what often happens against Rangers the Dons were denied a clear-cut penalty. Of course Rangers were given one.
The sheep had a man sent off.
However the game could well be remembered by the horrendous tackle, by the diving elbowing and leg breaking attempter Naismith. His tackle seemed to have been based on a tackle on poor Ian Durrant committed years and years ago. It is beyond belief that Naismith was not sent off. However I suppose we should not be surprised as this is Scotland.
Naismith collapsed in a heap a few minutes later and those terrible sheep followers seemed to be delighted.
If Naismith suffered more damage to his injury in the few minutes he was on the pitch after his assault on the poor sheep then the Scottish referees policy of leniency towards Rangers players may have to be revised.

Footnote. Mr Whyte has instructed Ally to not play Jelavic, Davis and any other player who is of any value so that they Rangers can get money in January. Mr. Whyte did not want to risk injury.

Would it make you sleep easier at night if Naismith was to be given another ban? Even though he's injured and will be missing for several weeks/months so any such ban would be pointless ya ****ing ***** bastard

Username1882. Naismith attempted to break a leg, and like many so called Rangers legends before him, he did not intend to break his own. Naismith was up and about for a full 3 minutes. It is clear and obviously even to a bear with An IQ of like you that he wasn't going to be red-carded. The point I made and you were too stupid to understand that if the Referee had done the right thing and sent attempted leg-breaker off immediately. Naismith may not have been as badly injured. Ok ya****ing ***** bastard. "Maybemu could explain what "ya***ing ***** bastard" means

    Mr T.
What did you think about the tackle?
    Did Naismith play on ?
    Was that fair?

Mistimed tackle that was pretty bad. Not leg breaking as it didn't break the Aberdeen player's leg.
Naismith got up eventually and wanted to play on as he has more commitment to his club than all the journeymen at Parkhead have combined. Injured players have been sent off before.

Looked like a blow to the side of the knee in replays. Turns out it was actually a serious injury.

Funny, from what I have seen of Naismith, he seems to spend most of his time flying through the air and diving.
Of course that would be part of Sally's tactics. He said so last season when talking about the lovely Diouf.
Do you think irrespective of the serious, self inflicted injury, should Diouf not have been red carded.

Nice to see you can reply without reverting to name-calling.

WTF has this to do with league winning Senegalese internation Diouf? You obviously don't see much of Naismith. Did you see his goal against your mob in September?

Let's revert to name-calling. You ****ing botter.

Mr T - Why don't you just go back to your own board as you will feel more at home, and on the same wavelength as the Rangers fans on that board - you obviously don't understand superhoops and are not on his intellectual level.

Take it whatever way you like - it was deliberately ambiguous so as not to offend, as well as to test whether or not you would choose the obvious (which of course you did!) and in the (probably vain) hope that you would clear off and stop polluting this board!
