A wicket tonight would have been a bonus but an excellent performance. Let's hope we bounce like that tomorrow.

Not sure what to make of this. Conditions def favoured the bowlers, shows that boths sides strength is their bowling compared to batting.

Going quick enough to try make a game of it at just under 5 am over but too many wickets unfortunately.

If foakes can stick around and go get a quick fire 50 to try get lead up towards 100. Then still leaves 2 days to try get them out for under 200 to allow a short run chase.

England were in great position and were sort of in then tumble.

England are purely hoping for one lad to get a bit of luck and stick in with the way stokes just swing away. Hasn't really happened

    Hence thrown away great position

It's going to rain out anyway.

We just are a great batting team. Not sure we’ve thrown it away given we’re ahead with wickets in hand on a pitch/conditions that obviously suited bowling.

Get a lead of 75-100 and get couple early wickets and be in a great position.

    It could happen.

It's more likely to rain I suppose so it's certainly bowling conditions.

Well that was a pathetic start. 4 runs added since yesterday losing 3 wickets. Lead of 40

This is what I meant by throwing it away.

    No pressure applied.

Now sa have dug in and frankly Anderson is tired after yesterday and is nowhere near his length

Sa now can go attack from even position and go set a total England will flake out on.

    Mildly interesting at this point.

3 left and just over 100 lead.

Very good bowling again. Breaking partnerships just at right time.

Knock these off for lead of less than 150 and should be able to win this one with some sensible batting.

    Yeah there's the problem innit.

Should be very simple. But then Lees and Crawley are gone for 10 and suddenly its a bit of pressure.

Neither side have the batting here

Tbf to England when it’s come to chasing a target they’ve done it easily this summer.
