Strange that cricket is playing, golf is playing, rugby tonight is postponed until tomorrow then rest of rugby will play. Only football and boxing that have cancelled. Seems football jumped the gun and cancelled thinking would be uproar if they didn’t, and instead have totally read the room wrong.
Maybe it's only real sport that is cancelled and that's why cricket going ahead. Surprised rugby on though.

They aren’t the reason why there is no football or boxing this weekend. The Premier League and Football league are. The Queen passed away on Thursday so sport this weekend should have been fine. When Diana died in 1997 Hull KR v Hull FC was played on the following day. They could have showed respect with a minutes silence before matches start and everything would have been fine.
