    Non-league games off too. Personally, I think its the right thing to do as a mark of respect. It is what would have happened in the past and the playing of games has always been considered inappropriate during times of mourning.

    Agree Norton…..feel those who are against these postponements don’t seem to grasp at the enormity of our Queens passing.
    This isn’t a celebrity whose broken a finger nail, this is huge all around the world.
    If your anti royal then fair enough but nows the time to keep your traps shut whilst the rest of us deal with this.
    This country will never see the likes of this again so suck it up and let those who actually care get on with their grieving however they chose to show it.

    It's a difficult situation isn't it.

    Perhaps those who aren't Monarchists could say their weekend enjoyment has been ruined by something they don't believe in. If it was the Archbishop of Canterbury the Atheists would be aggrieved and, if we had a Republican President, I'd imagine the Monarchists would want matches to be played.
