    Would you rather:

    A) Still be in the championship trying to play decent football.

    B) Be in the prem with Pulis playing hoofball each game.

Why would you care if you played hoofball if you're in Europe and tagged as a difficult team to beat?

B I'd rather be in the prem playing teams like arsenal opposed to horrendous weeknight trip to somewhere like Southampton or Cardiff

A - I said during the championship season that given the choice of where we were with Hughton, or back in the Prem with Allardyce - I'd always prefer watching good football whatever the league. so west ham have got the worst of both worlds!

Just personal preference I suppose though, I hate the anti-football of Allardyce teams and Stoke/Wolves.

    B. The big problem with Stoke is Tony Penis, he doesn't realise he has the players in his team to play a strong, fast attacking style of football that could work quite well (think Bolton last season). He still insists they play hoofball and clatter everyone which must be so frustrating for Stoke fans, the biggest satisfaction for me on Monday (after the 3 points of course) was us going there and giving them a taste of their own bloody medicine, long may it continue and hopefully every team will now go to Stoke and get in their faces rather than being intimidated.

Also, wasn't the different lines that were drew all over the pitch just about the most pathetic and desperate thing you've ever seen? Actually made me cringe.

    B.

Stoke City are getting decent attendances so you can't say it's not entertaining as such.

It's exciting for the home fans because there is so much action - the trouble being that they don't have a plan b and we exposed that.

We were exceptional at Stoke on Monday night and totally deserved our victory - but let's not lose sight of how far Tony Pulis has taken that club forward over the past few years.

Yes, he is very limited tactically as a manager and the 'football' isn't anywhere near what the purist would enjoy.

Wimbledon in the 80's and Bolton more recently with Fat Sam have shown that success can be achieved with the 'direct' style.

I wouldn't enjoy watching it personally, but if it's the club you love then you crave success for your club - you'd take Premier League, Europa League, Cup semi-finals over the Championship any day of the week. <ok>

I'm not a Stoke fan so it's hard to say but I'd doubt any of them would pick option A.

It's a bit like asking if you would prefer to shop at Liddle eating their premium ready meals or shop at Asda eating meal deals on brand A foods.

B, Pulis wont last long (when the hoofball just stops being effective), but a spell out of the Prem can be decades.
