    It’s one thing making mistakes, but it’s another to not put any kind of effort in while doing it.

    Making same mistake twice in matter of minutes from Gomez. Just stick the ball in the stand, and knock it back to keeper.

    But in the community sheild we were brilliant. Yea it was only effectively a pre season game, but we looked fresh and sharp. The passing was good, we ran and sprinted.

    It should be 6 now.

    Nobody wants to.make a tackle, trotting about, not bothered to stand up tall or kick the ball out of play.

    There has to be at least 3 subs here. at least.

    The difference between a fit side who can run amd a side who cannot is stark.

    Gomez has flogged 2 goals and one that should have been.

    Salah has been absolutely pathetic. He'd be off.

    Milner would not get a game for me again.

    I doubt virgil expected tent and Joe to let the lad run round them 3 times then pit a cross in.

    It's that bad.

    Vvd is another shot through. Can't run, falling backwards unsure of himself.

    Fabinho can't get about.

    It's far too easy run through this lot. No real pressure, late to any press, half hearted and no challenge.

    Gomez then tried to take on cf and fails and vvd clears off line
    gomez then tries to take on cf again instead of passing it 40 yards back to keeper, go and score again with TAA and Elliott ball watching and not following players.
    TAA stands square on and gets done by just knocking ball past him. Gomez fails to put it out for a corner, vvd stands still ball watching for a tap in.

    I hate to say it but this is reminiscent of the hodgson era, no passion, no drive, no clue.

    Something has gone on to turn this group of players from a potential quad to absolute ****e in a matter of months
