I'm not sure that Redknapp would jump at the chance to manage FC Haka, though. Stranger things have happened...
Well 'arry doesnt seem to concerned 1154 FOOTBALL: The Times football correspondent Oliver Kay on Harry Redknapp's heart surgery: "Harry Redknapp re minor heart operation: "I feel fine. I'm hoping I can be back at work in a couple of days. Hope all goes well Harry.
I'm sure this is before the surgery, but shows he not overly concerned or just putting a brave face on.
My mother's husband had a stent inserted in one of his arteries. He was down the pub a week later. And because of that, he'll probably have another one when that one's blocked.
Spurs twitter: Harry Redknapp is to undergo minor heart surgery on Wednesday. But I guess that quote was before the op. Not sure.
You underestimate HR's willpower to talk to the press. Lets just hope he doesn't have to watch Gomes play anytime soon!
**** me I didn't know he was 64 years old. I thought he was just a rather haggered looking mid-50 year old like most managers.
I've had a similar procedure done here, Ensil. I had to have an Angiogram - which is the same procedure except, in my case, I was lucky. My arteries were clear. Had they not been, they would have widened the artery with a balloon, and insert a stent to keep it open. Here is Spain, they go in through the artery in your wrist. I was in and out the same day. As you say, a bit sore for a few days, but in the world of heart surgery, no big deal.
It only really hurts afterwards. They put this plastic clamp on your wrist. It goes on very tightly - obviously to stop the bleeding. It has to stay on for 4 hours. After about 1 hour, it hurts like a toothache, a constant, nagging pain that never lets up (bit like my ex-wife )
Yes NSIS he did have the same treatment at the end of 2009. Good luck Harry sure he'll be back for the Fulham game knowing him.
