No one will disagree that he doesn't always have the best of shots at times, but he is goal threat no doubt about it. that's 2 in 2 for Fryatt now too, 4 in 3 games for our strikers. Its coming together, just give them a break. I do like Waghorn, a lot, and I would have him up top with Fryatt all day long. McLean misses most the opportunities. Although, his confidence is high and is playing well at the moment as well. Maybe chances wills tart to go in once Stewart comes in and cuts some balls back from the touch line.
That was one of best away away days(or nights) ever, I can't remember ever seeing home fans moved out their own stand to accommodate more away fans before and Barmby was just magic.
At least Wednesday had the defence of pointing out that we brought more fans than the stand could hold rather than just refusing to accept there was a queue outside until they were squeezing out the tunnels into the stand. Bradford at Boothferry Park? Oh you mean during the game?
Dudgeon was awesome, no other way to put it, MotM for me. I'm usually the one defending the strikers because everyone is obsessed with how few they score, I'm not doing the typical moan about their goal returns though. I'm just talking about Fryatt last night particularly missed far too many chances, it's more cool to have a go at McLean but he doesn't miss more chances at all. He has missed worse ones such as the Donny one last season but for sheer volume of missed chances Fryatt is the biggest culprit. He had about 6 or 7 decent chances yesterday and got one on target. I always defend the strikers because people say they are **** if they don't score every game, and I think there is so much more to it than that. But it's so frustrating that our 'best' striker or main goal threat or whatever needs that many chances to even get one on target.
HEAR HEAR... its unfortunate that hull city attract some the thickest muppets in gods creation. but all clubs have them. west ham were booed off last night after a home draw with brizzle city. its actually quite funny when these clowns open there mouths as they are so easy to shout down and shut up. Hull City are doing very very well. Some Barnsley fans i spoke to after the game said Hull City are the best team they have played so far this season and on another day they would have lost by a few. Only Steele the gk saved there bacon. Whats done is done and now the focus moves to the West Ham game on saturday @ the kc.

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it becomes ridiculous when said opinion from some of these clowns are wild assumptions based on their own opinions, giving what they say little credibility. For someone to say that a city of people hate success and are happy to be mediocre is frankly insulting and wide of the mark. Hull's not the most affluent place in the world but it's not worth the put down TWF was giving it last night. As for people slating the team, get a ****ing grip, we're transformed from the shables we were this time last year and Nigel Pearson and the players he's brought in have had a big part to play in that. However, if they keep spouting this ****e when we are doing as well as we are currently they are, it leaves them looking stupid and unable to understand how things are really going on.

I can't believe many teams have a stupider section of support than ours, I think back to the first game of the season on here and the likes of Tigersteve and Photosynthesis writing off Hobbs one game into the season. TWF is obviously nuts/a supertroll/clueless about football and the HDF site TonyM/Lodge characters are fruit-loops. It seems to me that quite a lot of our fans don't understand football and where we are, but I suppose we are living in the generation that watches Barcelona every week and wins the Premiership with us on their XBOXES/PS3s.
OLM can you please stop being a soft **** and ban TWF from our board. He's nothing but distracting and hostile to everyone on here and degrades all threads he posts on completely off the topic and reverts it to anti-anything-hull. It's in the best intentions of the whole board, it's members and the debates. The 'everyones entitled to their opinion' excuse only washes for so long, until it becomes glaringly obvious that these 'views' are nothing more than a made up load of rubbish purely and simply to cause controversy, offence, attention and a backlash from those who it winds up. Even TWF isn't stupid enough to believe the bullshit he posts, he's just a fake, rubbish, boring wum.
