The touble with charging clubs for the stupid actions of fans is open to massive abuse.
Supposing a group of morons tried to discredit an enemy team by dropping the club and their captain right in the brown stuff by making open racist taunts.

Hasn't Terry already admitted to using the words in question, anyway?
The only talking point is the context of how they were used.
He's claiming that there was a discussion with Ferdinand.
Ferdinand doesn't seem to think that there was one.
Why would the QPR man lie? Terry has an obvious motive not to tell the truth though, if his story isn't true.
