Jackett has now confirmed he wants to make Simpson's deal permanent... http://www.london24.com/sport/champ..._wants_to_sign_hull_loanee_simpson_1_1115314?
Let him. Like he says, he's a London lad, didn't enjoy it up hear so he isn't going to enjoy it a second time. Let him continue to play well for Millwall, and continue to raise his price tag up. 600k minimum
One Million quid up front and he is yours Jackett boy. Then that is the Deposit Paid on Nicky Maynard for the Tigers.
How many as he bagged and how many assists does he have for Millwall ? Shouldn't be giving him away if he's settling in and finding his feet back in the smoke . Like Theo said ask for half a million and settle for a couple of hundred grand .
well thats well worth a million quid of anyones money so far. At that rate he will be a 2 million quid player by jan.
He's a striker, who's scoring goals for them and doing well. Surely we are in a great bargaining position to sell him in January, particularly if they are in a relegation battle. The last thing they'll want is to lose someone scoring goals and have to take a gamble on someone else who might not be as good. We should be able to get over 500k for him IMO.
What i was led to believe was Hull and Millwall were not a million miles off from agreeing a fee for Simpson, time was running out(transfer window was coming to a close), so we took Simpson on loan with it becoming permanent once we met Hull's original valuation. So it could be up to 600k.
I think we'll be happy with the £600k we originally asked for, I doubt it will change substantially between now and January. And 25% of the fee goes to the Gooners.
correct. hence why it needs to be bumped up more. they have the Morison money to spend. Lets have some of it.
£50k. But there were add-on's that could potentially see that figure rise to £250k. Though if those add-ons included scoring goals and getting promoted, we probably have triggered any of them.
That Morison money comes in installments and has been used to buy Henderson and Feeney, as well as paying Simpsons,Howards and Agyemangs wages while on loan to us, 600k in one go is probably as far as we can afford.
