From the north stand in the second half I noticed, Alfie would get the ball, coyle would be on the touch line about 20 yards forward (marked). Jones had nowhere to go

The second goal was very fortunate as well. It took a deflection off Greaves.

Just got back. Our problems are not enough players showing for the ball when the man with it is being closed down. A work ethic is required. You have to work for the right to have the ball. We'll be ok. Don't panic (if you are one of those panicking).

Hmmm though one, it's almost like he is taking about "expecting more" from him now because he's back but then his last comment changes it a little

I'm definitely not panicking... I think we'll give teams a good hiding when the injury dust settles...

Definitely was, but it shouldn't have got to that position and I don't think a fully fit up to speed seri gives the ball away there like he did today in the build up

The game kicked off and they put their front 2 between Fig/Jones and Fig/Greaves.

Heckingbottom and every other manager in the league know that we aren't comfortable playing out from the back and between the back 3 and can't play under a press.

Midfield and up top we have a bit about us, but you just have to stop the supply into there and we're in trouble.

I can see it, most of you can see it, so surely Tan, Shota and those assembling a squad should have been able to see it.

The back 3 look shot to bits to me.

Fine margins. You think we haven’t really been able to field a settled side. Constant changes due to mounting injuries. Our treatment room staff are definitely earning their money this season.

Woods, Slater and Tufan, a scratch midfield that has never played together before. It showed.

We will improve. Pelkas looked very lively when he came on.

Yup, its ok to occupy that space to pin them back but then Coyle has move back to create an option. Then you would hope someone centrally comes to create an option for Coyle.

The Tetteh injury is just adding to my suspicion that our injuries aren’t just bad luck but something we’re doing in training. At first I thought “that looks like an ACL” from the way he lunged and was in pain. Nope. Turns out it’s another hammy injury. Traoré, Allahyar, Tufan, Seri and Docherty have all suffered muscle injuries either in pre-season or during a game. Summat stinks.
