Or oops we got a bit too obvious in favouring the clubs who pay us off so we will pull our heads in for a couple weeks and make a show of reviewing while not changing anything at all.

Imo teams would defend differently if var was removed or changed.

The fact is we just stop and hope rather than defend cos we know the lino might flag but var could well save us if alisson doesn't.

Everyone criticises us for this but it works quite a bit.

It's either boots (would need two chips) or in one of those sports monitor vest things (one).

End of the day, as long as it's the same point on every player than it doesn't matter.

I presume forwards will want to get the chip on their heel and defenders will try to get the chip on their toe.

In theory both boots need to be chipped and you can try to influence it an inch or two there.

In the end I do feel the only fixed place on the park is the ground so if both boots are on the ground then at least this would eliminate one part of the fraud that is being perpetrated.

I've seen lines through armpits, Outside of arms, elbows to get us offside and lines through our toes, heels or whatever part to get goals rules onside.against us.

There's massive bias at play when the decisions are tight.

Forwards will wear boots a size smaller <laugh>

Thinking about it, the chip in a fitness vest is probably better.

Brighton finally scoring goals and getting the results their play for the last 2 years have deserved.

might be a good bet for a European place if can keep that squad together and be lucky with injuries.

next time a top 6 position becomes available, I think potter going to be very short odds to take over.

Dno why you guys are talking about chips in boots? That’s not how it works?

The chip is in the ball so can automate when the ball is kicked then they use 3d imaging to map where each player is

Ref completely.missed 2 yellow card fouls in 2 seconds by martinez on Jesus.

Or just didn't want to know due to venue.

    Absolutely crap reffing.

Lampard was squealing for a red on vvd for same yesterday and of course media entertained him

nope. Just think logically about putting chips in boots. How do they administer that? One you’d have to get all boot manufactures on board? Then somehow maintain that they are working and haven’t been tampered with. What if player changes boots?

    this is from fifa website

The new technology uses 12 dedicated tracking cameras mounted underneath the roof of the stadium to track the ball and up to 29 data points of each individual player, 50 times per second, calculating their exact position on the pitch. The 29 collected data points include all limbs and extremities that are relevant for making offside calls.

Arsenal utterly dominated then score and ref is all over var to get it ruled off.

It is directly in the play but yet again I've seen us reviewed and not given 2 fouls and had goals against.

Henderson was fouled and we were not over turned despite him being the gap that was left in our defense.

And yet again neville celebrating before its over turned.

Why is this guy let on games with such bias. He will wind up arsenal fans watching all game.

Hmm ref ignores any suggestion of pen (I wouldn't give it)then pulls card on saliva who pulled out of tackle and utd player throws himself and rolls about.

    Absolute shocker

Ref completely misses contact (slight) on Fernades who lays down so 3 mancs can lecture ref that he missed it.

    Really poor so far

This season has a real 'Leicester' feel about it, be prepared for some random team to win the league.
