Currently in excellent form for Millwall, big striker with plenty of goals in him and can't see him costing a fortune especially if we can use Jay Simpson as a part exchange. Would be a good signging for us in January, would be an excellent foil for Fryatt Waggy (if we keep him) and Mclean. Come on Mr Allam chequebook out!
Why would Millwall sell him? They have no financial problems, they just signed him in the summer, its daft to even think he is available.

I think we would all love a proven goalscorer, but the problem is finding one, pretty much every name put forward you can think of a reason not to sign them.
Pusic, Olifinjana, Waghorn & Garcia off the injury list would be a good start....but we need our flying winger/striker Stewart back ASAP.
hendo been quality of late ,big, strong , scores goals and brings others into play with his layoffs , definately the reason while we have shot up the table,think simpson wants to join us permanently as hes been making noises , cant see us letting hendo go tho but money talks !! , intresting to see come jan what fee youll want for simpson if you sell ,or if another club comes sniffing along side us.

well if Mr Allam has some money to spend in Jan then my Drum still bangs aloud for Nicky Maynard...but as other clubs will also be after him then my 2nd choice / guess will be another man utd player. But who ?
I think Iwelumo or Henderson would have been good acquisitions. I was just saying to my dad at the weekend about Darius and why we didn't go for him and instead got Adebola. But I suppose we weren't in a position financially to do that at the time. Let's hope something does happen in January as we definitely need that type of payer in and one that is preferably less than 36!
We've got no chance of signing Maynard. Bristol City have already rejected a £4.75m bid for Leicester and there's rumours flying around that Leicester will come back with a £6m bid in January.
