With saturday 3PM KO #2 for Spurs on match week 6,
I assume somebody at the PL and/or Sky Sports
    has been handed their P45.

    1. That starting XI must be selected to get the job done and dusted by 60 mins
(only Kulu as real attacking threat from the bench) .

    2. Bentancur/Hojbjerg CM again. :(

I'm fine with Romero, returning from injury; Sessegnon, since Perisic shouldn't play twice a week; Bentancur, since he's the incumbent and Bissouma's start coincided with a disappointing result; and Lenglet, since he looked very useful in the attacking third in preseason. I'm not sure I would start Richarlison, and if I did, I would bench Son, not Kulusevski, on form.

I didn't want RIcharlison because I thought the threat of losing his spot would hurt Son's or Kulusevski's confidence, and the result would be to spend 70 million to have multiple players who don't produce goals (Kulusevski and/or Son, + Richarlison) instead of two who did.

The only time to bench Son is when he needs a rest. He is a world class player who will not regain form by sitting down. We cannot give up on the Son & Kane partnership which is crucial to Spurs success. Kulusevski has it seems been immune from any criticism despite having little success in his last few games just as Son has. It's clear to me who out of those two you would pick to make way for Richarlison.

Sonny needs a performance today. End of.

Prefer he gets a goal or two, but failing that just get back to form and create for Kane & Richy :emoticon-0148-yes:

    ****ing get in!!
I've always had a soft spot for Fulham....until today. Disgraceful performance of timewasting.

We've played some really lovely stuff. Poor Sonny cannot buy a goal - but he's play is 100% improved today.

Fulham will be very happy to only be 1-0 down at HT.

Dominated that half and should’ve scored more.

Front three have played well together but taken too many touches in the box when they could’ve gotten shots off.

Really like how composed and comfortable Lenglet is with the ball, almost scored too. Think he’s gonna surprise a few fans this season.

Our WBs though have been shocking, especially Sessegnon. Neither are effective on the front foot, albeit Emerson’s challenge high up the pitch helped towards our opener - a sign of him being a good defender, just not a wingback.

Sessegnon is such a weak link. Shame cos he's a good lad and there must be a player in there. Just not at this level...for us at least.

I really wanted him to come good but its looking likely it’s not gonna happen for him at Spurs. Perisic is a good option at LWB and let’s hope Udogie settles in quickly next season.

The RWB position is a worry though as Doherty and Emerson aren’t good enough and I don’t think Conte trusts Spence yet. Need a right sided Perisic for RWB to help Spence learn and then things would look better

Glad to see we have stopped fiddling in our own penalty area, Lloris has cleared the ball decisively today
