I was a huge fan of Leighton James as a kid. Looking back I can’t believe he only wore the hoops 28 times. As a kid it was like he was there for years!

I always thought he was a Burnley boy, their most noticeable player along with Martin Dobson when they pipped us to the Division 2 title in 1972/3. But he was actually really young and he should have been at his peak when we got him - though we were on the slide by then. Good player.

Am looking forward to watching the stream for this match.

I believe that Swansea are still following the tippy-tappy style of football. It will be interesting to see how the match develops with our high press and quick counter attacks.

I guess that today we will not win the possession % statistic. But I hope that we will confidently win the goal score line stat.

Exactly. Basically, ref wants an easy life, to just pick up his pay check. Doesn't want the bother of a key decision in the first minute.

Refs have an unspoken rule that fouls are different after the first ten mins.
