He's not engaging the cbs. He's not running a channel. He's drifted wide left and hiding frankly. His normal kind of familiar position
I can’t put my finger on it but we just don’t seem to scare teams from an attacking perspective as much as before. Salah is not getting the ball much and when he does he’s not impacting the game like he used to. Nunez is just so raw and touch is a bit iffy. He seems hesitant at times, rather than anticipating he thinks once he has the ball at his feet. What I will say though is that his movement is good. Diaz is a great player just score more please. we have a great squad but for some reason it hasn’t clicked yet.
Bar that one minute everton very very comfortable and limited us to two headers nunez did very average on. Everton had loads of threat off little possession. We are too slow going froward in terms of passing and have very little depth to our defence. Subs inbound. Carvalho will be off for that knock and imo we should think hard about getting Arthur on as nobody seems to want a vertical ball here. Most stuff is lateral then back again.
