Hoping for another nervy win by the odd goal but fearing a defeat by 2 or more. Probably the pattern for the season.

Caught Norwich and Burnley at the right time but can't say the same for these.

    that's the thing ain't it
they may have been in the top flight recently, they may be top of the league
but they got battered, humiliated, destroyed and bent over at wembley in a cup semi final

Originally a village called Escafield, called from the river name Sheaf (from Old English sceað 'boundary') + Old English feld 'pasture', 'open country'. This site later became home to a castle that was built by Norman lord William de Lovetot in the 12th century.

Time to recall Baxter. He is clearly a better keeper but Ingram has done well.

Sheffield have sold their full allocation. I suspect there may be a few in the home seats.

Yep. In their desperation to reach 20k the club seem to have forgotten about that possibility. Wasn't too bothered about the Forest game last season as it was a dead game, but if there are away fans acting up near me for this one I won't be best pleased

They would get smacked at a lot of grounds but not ours where the police and stewards won’t enforce ground regulations and chuck them out and tell people to leave them alone.

With the calibre and sight of the stewards at city I wouldn't fancy their chances in a fight between rivals fans. One hopes and trusts it won't come to that.

The point is if they manage things well and early it doesn't get to that.

Simply eject anyone obviously in the wrong end immediately.

It won't happen DBT..I recall four/five in the east stand, who I assume were locals, in West Ham get-up. They scored, they stood up and it kicked off. They got shunted into the away end after taking a barrage of threats and verbal's and a few haymakers. Stewards should have moved them well before.

That’s the second time I’ve bumped into shota in Beverley, mind you he does live there lol
He really does not dress to impress and is as laid back talking on the streets as he is on the telly, radio etc. he was just popping into Saturday market for a few bevy’s me thinks, wished him luck for Sunday and shook his hand, really nice man.
I’d of told me to **** off i’m on the way to pub and late for my first pint…

I get the impression that some of the stewards are from the university and looking to earn a bit extra.

Most likely going for his coffee. Seen him a few times sat out enjoying his coffee and sunshine. Had a really nice chat with him the one time. As you say, seems a really nice, decent bloke. Other times he's been sat there on phone calls (either that or he saw me coming again and pretended to be on his phone?).
