Oh and Wood is a championship player too. We need to replace him in January.

his value is £10m Max now.

Nufc were completely dominated so 8 and 9s are too high .

Its all relative so it doesn't matter.

And it doesn't sound like total domination when you lose to a 98th minute goal.

Wood lost it when he was at Burnley: He hardly scored a goal for them first half of last season and then continued his crap goal scoring form with us.

As a striker (that’s what he is nothing else) you do get judged on your output and he has none.

Wilson proves it when he is fit.

    Isak proved it last night.

People keep saying it’s his style of play. That’s a load of rubbish aswell. He does barely nothing in most games.

That’s the thing though. We have been mixing it up and playing the long balls. He doesn’t win the headers or if he does on the odd occasion he heads it to the opposition.

They have their all and done their best. For that I am happy.

We where simply robbed with extra time that didn’t exist and a marginal off side decision which can be manipulated depending on what VAR want the outcome to be.

The PL needed Liverpool to win. They had to.

They didn't defend the corner conceded a goal.... if they defended if they'd have drawn.

1st half nufc competed 2nd half made too many bad decisions and got sloppy.

There's smoke being blown up their arses and excuses being made .. they're making errors and having sloppy spells and its costing them points

A the award for the most accurate post goes to……

I have changed my mind. Taking my nufc hat off. Having rewatched the last 10 minutes of the game. We did take the piss with the injuries. Pope wasted (I counted) 1m and 49 seconds himself alone.

It’s just hard to take a last minute defeat at Anfield.

The time added was excessive but ultimately they ****ed up. It was a sickener, but we were never supposed to get a result.

I have concluded we'll suffer alot of pain like this as we get closer.

We were numb under Ashley this reminded me of the keegan days

Our long balls are just punts from the back to relieve pressure. I am sure Burnley worked on their long-ball game, more to score goals. The long balls are coming from their midfielders mostly from wide and angled into the box. Wood spent most of his time in the box and was attacking those balls. Ours he is just trying to flick on, hold up.

Its not a game we play and so he is not effective. He is not a crap player but he is ineffective in our system. Our other players are not suited to the way Burnley played and I like the way Howe has us playing. I think Wood needs to be moved on when we have sufficient back-up.

I agree with your post to a degree. But I do believe he is a crap player now.

It happens. He was useless for Burnley before he came to us last season aswell.

Don't know why you're after Wood... thought he did ok . Murphy i have no words though and Anderson tried to be a hero instead of running it into the corner..

Murphy has to be the worst player I've ever seen in a Toon shirt. He literally can't do anything. Might as well play with 10 men instead. I really don't get what Eddie sees in him.

This is going to be controversial and I’m not trolling but

1 win in 5 in the league at home to newly promoted forest

draw v Brighton in game that Brighton dominated and should have won

draw v wolves with a 90th min equaliser

very good draw v city, albeit we’re leading 3-1 at one point

then defeat v Liverpool in which you were leading.

is there a bit too much hype over Newcastle at the moment and getting carried away. Is palace becoming a must win game for Howe?

Got what you deserved for all your time wasting and sitting on the floor.

Kinda stuff you expect to come up against Everton not the next man city/psg.

Dont feel too bad about it anyway that kid Carvalho is different Gravy
