Looking at it mathematically, Hugill scores once every 4.8 games. Our whole team, excluding the keeper ( to VT's annoyance) and subs, scores once every 17.5 games. 10 players x 7 games = 70 games. 70 ÷ 4 = 17.5 Conclusion: Hugill is a more efficient goal scorer.
Based on Hugills' past efforts with us we might hope he would get 9 goals a full season, well I don't think that's efficient enough, but that's just my personal view
So you would rather have 4 goals in 19 games than 4 goals in 7 games because 4 goals in 19 games is useless.
It is how many goals we score in each game and by the way Sawyers has already got 2 and he has got one as a sub.
our whole team has scored 4 goals in 7 games, when Luton beat us their whole team scored 2 goals and we haven`t lost 8 games in a row scoring 1 goal and conceding 19 or have you forgotten that?
That is not a logical point, calling something rubbish means you have nothing better to say. That is my opinion and if you don`t like it I am fine with that but I would never call anyones post gibberish. By the way I am so happy with the team we have and have no interest in the old fashioned lump it up to a striker so I don`t want anyone like Hugill, Collins and Madine. I am sure you are full of good intentions and appreciate my contributions as much as I appreciate yours.
I'd rather have 4 goals in 19 games from 1 player than 4 goals in 7 games from 11 players, yes. If you bother to look, while Hugill scored his 4, the other 10 scored goals as well, another 17 actually. So you're not comparing apples with apples.
Most bizarre link I've seen yet..... According to WoL we are being linked with Theo Walcott Where does this tripe come from???
