He obviously does because he’s spoken in the past about how he was our best carrier and how important he is. I said earlier this summer that he probably looks good to sell as the Saints journalists have said how he needs his minutes managed there’s probably an opportunity to get a reasonable fee for him. I’m sure that’s why he’s been underused during the season openers.

 

So that’s potentially four players in and still no talk of a CB? Would have to think there was something brewing there if we’re trying to move Jan and/or Jack. How many players are going to be arriving tomorrow?!

I don’t have anything against him but he doesn’t align with the type of player we’ve already been recruiting for the position. I think we’ll be chasing a big, fast high line defender.

 

If they sell Tielemans as well, they have serious problems. Oh well.

 

I said Leicester could be in the relegation fight a month or two ago.

 

I think we should be on the lookout for a player with GBH as their initials.

 

They don't have to sell, they have a choice. Maybe Leicesters objectives have changed. They were looking to be a Champions League club, I believe.

 

Leicester are safe then.

 

Think AMN will be Romeu’s replacement for CM with flexibility to cover other positions, hence Garner probably going to Everton.

 

But, now hear this…what if we get BOTH?

With 3 Central midfield positions to cover, I think we would need 5/6 players ...

Lavia, JWP, Aribo, Diallo, AMN ... room for one more?
